PLEASE SUPPLY DETAILS OF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESSES
 

We agree to the following conditions.
 
1. Any information provided by the agent (Property Fusion Australia) is on a confidential basis and we agree not to disclose it to any other parties.
   
2. We agree not to speak to the owners or the staff of the business(es) unless the agent makes an appointment and we will negotiate the terms of purchase only through the agent.
   
3. We agree that Property Fusion Australia ( The Agent) has introduced us to the the nominated business(es) and we agree that we will not affect in any way the payment of commission to the agent. We agree that any further businesses requested are subject to these conditions.
   
4.5.6 In the event we buy a business which the agent has introduced us to, we undertake to make all deposit funds payable to Property Fusion Australia Trust Account. I/We acknowledge that such information is of value and unauthorized disclosure, particularly that the Business has been offered for sale, may result in substantial damage to the Vendor.I acknowledge that PROPERTY FUSION AUSTRALIA as agents of the Vendor have not conducted any detailed examination of the Vendor's financial records nor other relevant documentation and are therefore unable to give any warranties relating to the subject business. I will not rely on any representations made by any person on behalf of PROPERTY FUSION AUSTRALIA and I and/or my nominees will conduct such inspection of the said business and premises and the fixtures, fittings, plant and equipment, trade utensils, implements, stock, licences, permits, leases, contracts and records of financial transactions as I shall require to satisfy myself prior to Purchase.
